Returns and Exchanges |

Please email us if you need to return or exchange merchandise and we will contact you with instructions. We do not accept returns delivered to us without prior communication and agreement between us and the customer. |

We accept returns for online orders within 15 days of receipt. |
|
Merchandise must be in its original condition (not worn, washed or altered), with tags attached and the original receipt. |
|
When returning shoes, please include the shoebox but do not use it as the shipping box. |
|
We won’t accept merchandise returned in its original box or packaging if it is used as shipping packaging. |
|
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees except in case of an order error. |
|
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges. |
|
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment. |

There is no refund of the original shipping charges on the order when returned or exchanged. |

Please pack properly all items to be returned, send them via a traceable service, and provide the tracking number. |

We recommend insuring the package for the full value of the merchandise. |

We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned goods while in transit from the customer to our store. |

Once we receive, inspect, confirm, and accept the returned items, we will issue a full refund to the customer which does not include the original shipping costs. |
